Applying Mental Toughness Daily is Not Easy

Sports psychology experts often talk about the importance of learning mental toughness to improve your performance. This Golf Putting Game Is So Easy

Remember when you were young and fearless? You felt invincible and nothing could touch you. You felt like everything you wanted to do and have, you could! Why do we lose that feeling of confidence? Because we store up our failures and think about them. Time to turn that around. What's happened since then? Why do we now stand next to our ball on the putting green and have all these negative thoughts rushing through our heads? And it just keeps getting worse the older we get. Sam Snead holds the record for most tournament wins at 82 official and...

Vital Golf Swing Movement Brings Success

When a golfer who has been playing for over 18 years learned to use his arms properly he suddenly started to swing the club properly and hit the ball 'solid'.  “I think it is what you say about how to swing the arms correctly that has caused a real improvement in my golf swing. I’ve been playing golf for 18 years and I have never before managed to quite master this movement. But now the club seems to come squarly onto the ball every time I swing.”  “Yours is the first book I’ve read about the golf swing which has...

Strength Training For Golf – No Gym Required

Strength training for golf is viewed by golfers as a lot of work, time-consuming, boring and you need a gym membership to do it.
