Mid-way through our recent trip to Italy, my husband, Michael, got bronchitis. We had to take it easy to conserve his energy. After 4 days recuperating by the seaside we decided to venture into Pietrapertosa, a small mountain village in Basilicata. I just started a diet (Weight Watchers) in January. I know, I know, lots of people begin diets in January, dont they?
